All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at gerardo.garcia.gg2189@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Even in this case, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
